Partial Payment (Partial COD)

We offer a flexible Partial Cash on Delivery option so you can secure your order with a small upfront payment and settle the balance later.

How It Works

Step 1 — Pay a Deposit at Checkout
A partial payment is collected online when you place your order. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms your order immediately.

Step 2 — Pay the Remaining Balance
You can clear the due amount in one of two ways:

• Online — via UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer using the payment link sent to your email/SMS.
• Cash on Delivery — pay the remaining amount directly to the delivery agent at your doorstep.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed as soon as the initial payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS containing:

• Your order summary and payment receipt
• The remaining due amount with payment instructions (if applicable)

At the Time of Delivery

• If you pre-paid the full balance online — no payment is required at delivery. Simply accept your order.
• If you opted for COD balance — please keep the exact due amount ready for the delivery agent.
• Important — if the package appears damaged or tampered with, you have the right to refuse delivery.
